Goals and Progress

19 Jun. 2013 – 182 lbs.

Goal:
Lose 57 lbs. to weigh 125 lbs.  This is about the middle of my reported healthy range.

Milestones:
5 lbs. down – 177 lbs.
10 lbs. down – 172 lbs.
25% gone – 167.75 lbs.
33% gone – 163.2 lbs.
50% gone – 153.5 lbs.
75% gone – 139.25 lbs.
10 lbs. to go! – 135 lbs.
5 lbs. to go! – 130 lbs.
